When will the order be prepared?

Most of the orders placed on business days by 12:00 are ready for shipping on the same day. If the product is marked as available in stock, the delivery time usually does not exceed 24 hours.

If you choose to pay with a traditional bank transfer, we start the execution after booking the funds on our account. You can check the current stage of order execution on an ongoing basis after logging into your customer account.

When does the package get to me?

The delivery time is usually between 1 and 2 working days from the date of delivery of the package. Orders are sent from Poland, so delivery runs smoothly and without unnecessary delays.

Different forms of reception are available: courier delivery, InPost parcel and personal reception, if available. After sending the package you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to check where the shipment is currently located.
